Yves Macaux started his gallery in 1995. He has always been specialised in the Viennese Secessionist movement of the turn of the 20th century and most precisely in the early abstract works often considered as the birth of the design.
Yves Macaux takes part regularly in exhibitions and collaborates with famous museums: Neue Galerie (New York), Fondation Beyeler (Basel), Leopold Museum (Vienna), TATE (Liverpool), MAK (Vienna), National Gallery of Victoria (Melbourne).
