Alongside its gallery activities, Cybele also includes a specialized bookshop and publishing house devoted to Egyptology, reflecting its longstanding commitment to the transmission of knowledge and the promotion of ancient heritage.
The Cybele Gallery has had the honour of contributing to the enrichment of prestigious private and public collections, including those of the Louvre, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, and numerous other international museums.

Fragmentary panel in stuccoed and painted wood depicting the goddess Imentet, guardian of the West and the realm of the dead in ancient Egypt.
Associated with the setting sun and the passage to the afterlife, Imentet embodies protection and eternal rebirth.
Depicted in accordance with the canons of Egyptian art, in a profile bust, she wears a sumptuous polychrome ousekh necklace, a symbol of divine prestige.
Facing her are Wadjet and Nekhbet, the famous ‘Two Ladies’, powerful goddesses who protect Lower and Upper Egypt.
Their presence lends this composition exceptional symbolic power, uniting protection, sovereignty and eternity.
Dating from the Third Intermediate Period (1085–663 BC), this fragment bears witness to the refinement of Egyptian funerary workshops, masters of polychromy on stuccoed wood.
Originally intended to adorn a coffin or funerary furniture, it illustrates the spiritual and artistic richness of Pharaonic funerary art.
