Located on the first floor of a private mansion in the rue Sainte-Anne in Paris, our gallery has established itself as a reference for drawings both in France and on the international market.
Our family structure, created in 1936, and developed by our parents Bruno and Thérèse de Bayser, is now managed by four brothers, Augustin, Louis, Matthieu and Patrick, recently joined by Rémi, the first representative of the fourth generation. Founding members of the Salon du Dessin, we have been participating for five years now in the development of Fine Arts Paris.
By exhibiting both drawings, paintings and sculptures, we try to create an intimate atmosphere on our stand that makes the visitor feel at home.

Trained in Florence, Benedetto Luti favoured the use of pastel during his career in Rome.
Whilst there are numerous Florentine precedents for the use of this medium spanning the entire 17th century, it is undoubtedly the influence of Correggio and Federico Barrocci that is most evident when viewing Benedetto Luti’s expressive pastel heads.
Our Head of a young woman leaning to the left bears a resemblance to the pastel from the former collection of Jacques Petithory, which entered the collections of the Bonnat-Helleu Museum in Bayonne by donation (RF50908).
